Our return and refund policy are designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring that your experience with our telehealth clinic meets your expectations and needs.

Initial consults are non refundable

Appointment Cancellations

Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient who may need care.

QUALIFICATION POLICY


After your order is submitted, your card will be charged. Subsequently, you will receive a HIPAA-compliant medical intake form via email. Upon completion of this form, a practitioner will arrange for laboratory tests and schedule a telehealth consultation. Eligibility will be determined based on the outcomes of these interactions.

If a patient is found not eligible for the program, patient will be only charged for initial consult

REFUND POLICY

Initial Consults are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY – PRESCRIPTION

Once a practitioner completes the prescription and sent your prescription to the pharmacy, it is 100% non refundable.
 


CANCELLATION Policy- Lab Test

Once a test has been ordered, performed or the service completed, refunds are not available.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Memebership


The membership can be canceled at any time by emailing us at membership@revivemencare.com, except once you have already been charged for the next month membership.

ORDER PROBLEM?

Any order issues must be notified to our support email directly: orders@revivemencare..com within 24 hours of delivery in order to be resolved properly.

No exceptions.

Revive Men Care reserves the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
